Power setting of Core ports and I/O of NAND chips from 1.6V to 4.0V. This function is important for all 1.8 V NAND chips. The power setting also helps to reduce bit errors that appear during memory chip readout under the 3.3 volt standard.
The voltage level can be adjusted via the software.
