Turn off the device and leave it off. If your phone or tablet isn't working properly, don't restart it repeatedly. Each boot can overwrite data or aggravate a board failure. Turn it off and don't turn it back on until you talk to a specialist.

Do not do a factory reset or reinstall the system. It is the most common mistake and the most costly. Restoring your device may overwrite the data you need to recover. If someone recommends it as a quick fix, don't do it before consulting a specialized laboratory.
